What are my responsibilities (Landlord)?

As the Property owner, landlords are responsible for the maintenance of the building structure both interior and exterior, and also the boiler and electrical systems. Landlords will need to ensure you have the appropriate Home & Buildings insurance in place.

How long is the agreement for?

The standard agreement is three to five years but we can be flexible based on your needs.
